Accommodation:

The apartment’s greatest asset is its spacious balcony area, great for dining whether it be breakfast of dinner, there is always a beautiful view of the sea on offer. The drive leading up to the balcony is also secluded, attractively planted and well maintained. The walkway to the beach is private and visitors may choose to dine or relax here also.

Jonash pride themselves on maintaining clean, high quality accommodation. The unit is completely self contained with its own entrance and is fitted with security grates and grilles along with a burglar alarm and safe. The area is regularly sprayed for protection against pests.

The apartment is one bedroom but is capable of providing accommodation for 2 adults and 1 child. The bedroom has one double bed and a single bed. The bedroom has a dressing table, wardrobe and from the window has a sea view.

There is well sized, well equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and ample cutlery. Ironing facilities are also available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a seating/lounge area with a television and stereo. There is also a small alcove dining area. The bathroom has a toilet, basin and gas shower.

Around and about:

The beach by the villa is real pristine Mauritius. With limited access to the beach from Blue Bay to Mahbourg the strip is virtually private. The lagoon behind the villa is a good an area as you could wish for snorkeling. Indeed in this very area, nearby the controlled Blue Bay Marine Park new species have recently been discovered.

The water is luke warm for the best part of the year and clear as day. Within the lagoon there are untold colourful corals, teeming with all sorts of marine life. A short walk down the coral disappears near shore making way for pure sand, ideal for bathing.

There is a modern supermarket 1 mile away shortly before the more rustic market town of Mahebourg. Car hire and a range of trips and excursions can be arranged for you either privately or through the local agent.

There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance and taxis or buses are readily available should you choose to travel into town. There are also two exclusive hotels nearby which will allow you to use their facilities and enjoy their entertainment.
