Based in the wonderful Derbyshire countryside, Executive Fitness offer fitness packages to meet all levels of fitness and to help to change your feelings and attitudes to weight loss forever.

We have a number of psychological and physical approaches within our programmes, which interlink and offer a holistic approach to your weight loss. We understand that you have probably tried many diets and fitness regimes, but for the first time, you will have a complete and individual assessement of your weight loss needs.

We will examine the relationship that you have with food and you will have psychological assessements as well as an in depth physical fitness testing on your arrival. The timetable uses a variety of activities to kick start your fitness lifestyle. The physical activities are tough, but you will have the individual support that you need in meeting each physical challenge, from our experienced personal trainers.

You will move forward through your tailored programme at your pace, but you will work to your absolute strengths, discovering new depths to what you thought you could do and increasing your self belief.

Accommodation

Executive Fitness has the exclusive use of the wonderful 19th Century Country Manor House, with luxurious accommodation, including some four poster beds!

The rooms are large and welcoming, providing views across the Derbyshire countryside.  You have acres of private grounds to walk and relax, though woodland and pasture.

No boot camp atmosphere here!

Our team will ensure that you have everything that you need throughout your stay, to make it a pleasant and relaxing one. Our programme helps you to work at the pace that is right for you, and encourages you to push to your limits, rather than a military style, standardised approach. Your entire stay here will be completely individualised for you.
