Working hours can be flexible between 7am-10pm. You can work just mornings or just evenings or just weekends to suit your circumstances. Note that full time home care staff expected to work every other weekend.
Staff mileage allowance is paid in the Bristol area at 40p per mile. This equates to around £2-300 a month for full-timers.
We pay 4 weeks annual leave worked out on a pro rate basis, ie. depends on average hours worked.
There is a company loyalty bonus scheme for our home care staff that have completed their 6 month probation. Called the gold star scheme it is awarded to those with good attendance. £5-£10 per month is accumulated and paid in December as a Christmas bonus.
Full training arranged, including Diploma level 2 in Health and Social Care.
