We have recently launched Prospero which enables organisations to map themselves against the latest research on how people management influences the bottom line and to develop an implementation plan to achieve the best outcomes.

Alongside Prospero, we employ the ASSA Coaching Culture Audit to help organisations achieve the maximum impact from their people management practices. It promotes an approach that goes well beyond using coaching for remedial or short-term development purposes.
