We have developed several tools to support us in
our work with you, including the Prospero Business Success
Model (©) and the ASSA Coaching Culture Audit ©.
We have recently launched Prospero which enables
organisations to map themselves against the latest research
on how people management influences the bottom line
and to develop an implementation plan to achieve the
best outcomes.
Alongside Prospero, we employ the ASSA Coaching Culture
Audit to help organisations achieve the maximum impact
from their people management practices. It promotes
an approach that goes well beyond using coaching for
remedial or short-term development purposes.

and group coaching and mentoring to help people and
organisations achieve their full potential.
Creative and intuitive, we use humour and a strong
determination to achieve change and to help individuals
and groups maximise their potential by removing the
barriers that limit performance. Our eclectic range
of coaching methods is influenced by the client-centred
psychological theories of Carl Rogers and by Timothy
Gallwey’s Inner Game techniques.
