Terry Wright
In addition to being a Chartered Fellow of the UK
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD),
Terry is a qualified and experienced coach, mentor and
facilitator. Terry has many years’ experience as a Director
of Human Resources in both the public and private sectors,
working at a strategic and policy level. Terry’s innovative
approaches to people management are always linked to
his clients’ business success.
Hywel Evans
Since 1978 Hywel has been involved with a number
of strategic and practical aspects of social and economic
development, working with the Development Board for
Rural Wales, and later as the Chief Executive of Menter
a Busnes. Hywel specialises in coaching and facilitation
– having worked with individuals and organisations,
boards of directors and management teams, as well as
facilitating partnerships. He also has considerable
experience of mainstreaming the Welsh language and can
deliver services bilingually.
Debbie Wilcox
Debbie is an HR professional with over 20 years experience
across all aspects of Human Resources. Over the
last few years she has focused on strategic HR and coaching
and mentoring.
Working with management teams as
lead HR business partner, Debbie has led organisation
wide projects such as developing a performance culture
and developing workforce planning.
John Ashford
Is a highly trained and experienced specialist in
leadership, team and personal development, built on
the back of a successful career in marketing and general
management to board level. He combines his commercial
experience and people development expertise to help
senior executives and their organizations to transfer
people’s potential and learning into tangible bottom
line business performance. John is a qualified coach
and a trained assessor for coaching and mentoring quality
awards.
Linda Charlton
Specialises in supporting individuals, teams and
organisations working to improve their practice. Linda
has extensive experience of working in public sector
organisations, operating at board level for more than
ten years. She has particular experience of leading
programmes of work that deliver cultural and operational
change in organisations. Her interest and skills lie
in the areas of service improvement, staff and stakeholder
engagement, managing change, and equality and diversity
in practice.
Jacqui Hartas
Is a chartered business psychologist and qualified
coach, mediator and psychometric practitioner, Jacqui
has over 20 years experience of business, management
and consulting. Her proven coaching tools and techniques
come from both psychology and business and form a powerful
combination with her insight, perspective and strategic
vision. Her approach is positive, constructive, creative
and challenging. Her main interests are in using coaching
and facilitation to identify and develop leadership
strengths, professional success and positive change.
Jacqui works across all sectors and at all levels, she
has worked with Directors and Board members at BAE Systems,
B&Q, The Engineering Employers Federation (EEF),
Aerosystems International, Fidelity and International
SOS, and with Vice Chancellors, Heads of Department
and Managers at Brunel, Kingston, St George’s, Royal
Holloway and Goldsmiths Universities.
Tony Elvin
Has worked with young people, from mainstream youngsters
to those with special needs and challenging behaviour,
for over 15 years. For the last 6 years he was head
of Training and Development at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen
Foundation. His responsibilities included creating,
managing and developing the highly innovative London
training programme, as well as setting up and over seeing
the Fifteen Franchise training programmes in Amsterdam,
Melbourne and Cornwal. Tony has been a Board Member
of Westway Housing Association for over 6 years, sitting
on its Policy and Performance Committee and is on the
Board of Access to Employment, an NGO seeking to bring
long-term unemployed back into employment. He is a member
of the Home Office reference Group the Corporate Alliance,
sitting on the employer reference group and the Marketing
and Communications sub committee. He is a founder subscriber
of MY- Life an NGO in Cape Town which aims to get young
people off the streets into accommodation and into employment.
