Packages start from as little as £60, there is NO pre-payment required, and how many sessions you have is up to you. Some clients only need one session, others two and others up to six. If you would like a course of sessions, and you would like to pre-pay, then a discount can be arranged.

Many clients return time and time again, sometimes once a month, sometimes once every six months…….simply for a “top-up”, to ensure they stay focused on their goals.
