My name is Craig Weeks and I am a REPS accredited Advanced level 3 personal trainer who can tailor a specific fitness program to fit around your lifestyle and desired location i.e. Gym, home or outdoors. I am passionate about helping those seeking expertise or who are uncomfortable and intimidated about joining their local health club. I have access to a friendly family run gym that I have full use of which is free to you whilst attending a training session with me.

My committed approach includes an in depth analysis of your physical fitness by way of health screening and fitness testing.

I will be with you every step of the way to guide you through your program. Your diet will be continually monitored and changed to provide healthier alternatives.

I like to offer all potential clients a FREE 1 hour consultation.

This will involve the following:

  • A profile of you and your desired goals
  • Discussion around Health (Cholesterol, Body Fat, Blood Pressure, BPM, BMI and BMR)
  • Discussion around Fitness testing and what to expect (cardio, strength and endurance)
  • Discussion around Diet and nutrition
  • Advice that will ensure you succeed
  • Progression and the way forward

When you book your first session with me the journey begins. By the end of the session you will have an in depth analysis of your current state of health and fitness levels. With this information we can work together to tailor a training and nutrition plan based around your goals.
