Accommodation

The chalet consists of one Bedroom with 2 single beds, a pull down double bed in the lounge (with privacy curtains) and a double sofa bed (also in the lounge.) Can sleep upto 6. There is a TV in the lounge.

Bathroom comprises of a shower/bath, W/C and hand basin. Our open plan Kitchen/ Diner has a cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster.

All duvets and pillows supplied, however own covers needed.
 

 
 
   
 

 

Location

BEACH AND WARREN
Just a few minutes' level walk away, you'll find the superb beach at Dawlish Warren. Regularly selected as one of the top resorts in the UK, this huge beach is flying the European Blue Flag again as well as winning the ENCAMS Resort Seaside Award for 2006. The beach and surrounding areas are ideal for children to have fun both in and out of the water.

During the main season, an experienced team of lifeguards is on hand to watch over them. There is a large grassed play area where you can enjoy a picnic and there are children's amusements, cafes and shops all safely away from the road. Dogs are permitted on selected areas of the beach.

The wonderful spacious family lounge is the place to relax and enjoy some superb entertainment at the end of your day. Children and adults alike can enjoy some spectacular shows, plus games and competitions for the whole family.

KIDS ENTERTAINMENT
Children are given five-star treatment with a daily programme of activities, plus their very own Jolly Roger Club where they'll find films and face-painting, disco and other fun things to do. Then there's the super games arcade with all the latest games machines, simulators and pool tables.
