VILLA DESCRIPTION

The villa has been equipped to enable you to instantly relax and enjoy your stay. Dual air conditioning units are fitted in living and bedroom areas. These can also provide heating to 30 degrees Centigrade if required. Fly screens are fitted on all openable windows and insect repellent plugs and sprays are provided to ward off any stray insects at night.

Outside a pretty private garden area completely surrounds the villa. Several terraces offer opportunities for lounging, sunbathing, informal outdoor cooking (using either the brazier or BBQ) and relaxing. All offer a unique taste of traditional Turkish life with the added bonus of fabulous sea views.

Our L-shaped pool is perfect for cooling off in and you might also like to swim a few lengths in the shared main pool and enjoy snacks and cocktails at the small terrace bar, both situated within the lovely gardens below the villa. You may spot visiting tortoises that enjoy the garden space too; these can also often be found nibbling on the waving grasses behind the ottoman terrace!

If you prefer relaxing indoors, satellite TV, a DVD player (with a small selection of DVDs), sofas, rugs and portable music player provide ample opportunity for entertainment. You are very welcome to bring your own choice of movies or music with you if you wish. Soft lighting, rugs and cushions and squashy beanbags complete the overall look & feel.

Bedrooms:
Spacious master bedroom: stunning sea views from comfortable king size bed, dressing and relaxation areas, furnished balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 with twin and double respectively both pleasantly furnished, light and airy with garden views.

Bathrooms:
Large first floor family bathroom with step in shower and crisp, clean white bathroom suite. Plenty of storage space for personal linen, toiletries and bits and bobs. Automatic washing machine. Handy separate ground floor WC with cloakroom facilities.

Kitchen:
Separate well equipped kitchen with large dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. Workspace ideal for preparing tasty traditional foods, daytime snacks and salads. All table wear, linen, board and iron also provided.

Living Rooms:
Spacious, comfortable dining and living area with TV, DVD and music centre. Traditional fireplace, subtle lighting and soft furnishing perfect for relaxing and/or romantic evenings. Access to shaded patio plus patio doors to pool, garden and terraces.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels, tea towels, dining linen, face cloths and all bed linens are provided. A weekly maid service with linen change and laundry service is also offered. Please note that beach towels cannot be provided so please bring
your own if you require them.
