Sunny Retreats was founded and is managed by Ken Massetti with his team. Ken was born in Gibraltar and has extensive knowledge of Gibraltar and the Spanish Costa Del Sol particularly the areas of Sotogrande, Puerto La Duqeusa and Marbella.

Ken has over the years established professional contacts and friendships with a number of reputable estate agents, developers, lawyers and interior designers in the area. He is now working with these professionals to provide an efficient, friendly service to clients looking to purchase a property in Gibraltar or the Spanish mainland.

Unlike in the USA where about 70% of buyers use a search agent, UK buyers seem grossly neglected during the house hunting process particularly when purchasing abroad so we aim to assist those who, are short on time and in need of expert help.

We are not estate agents, we do not sell properties from our portfolio, we only work for the buyer and this puts us in the unique position of being able to offer services that are truly dedicated to the buyer.
